Terms of Use

These terms govern the use of the Siroon service (siroon.day and the wedding sites created on it). By ordering a package, or by uploading a photo to a wedding site, you agree to these terms.

1. Who provides the service

2. What the service is

Siroon creates a personalized wedding website for a couple, with a private gallery where guests share photos and videos by scanning a QR code, with no app or account needed. The couple can see the whole gallery, download it as a ZIP file, or back it up to Google Drive.

• Couple: the person or people who order and pay for a package.
• Guest: any person who uploads content to the couple's wedding site.

3. The package

Siroon package: $20 (one-time payment)

• Unlimited guests
• 1 design theme
• The couple sets the photo limit for each guest
• A custom QR code for the tables
• Download as a ZIP file, and optional Google Drive backup
• 90 days of access

The package contents and price shown on siroon.day at the time of the order apply. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal.

4. Ordering and payment

1. The couple sends an inquiry through the form on siroon.day.
2. We confirm the details and the price by email or phone.
3. The payment details are agreed with you when the order is confirmed. The wedding site is activated after payment is received.
4. The order is considered accepted, and these terms become a binding agreement, once the payment is made.

5. Access period and deletion

• Access lasts 90 days from the date the wedding site is activated.
• Before the period ends, we remind the couple by email to download the gallery.
• After the 90 days, the wedding site, the photos, the videos and the related data are permanently deleted. The copies the couple has downloaded stay with them permanently.
• Access can be extended by agreement, if we offer that option.

6. Cancellation and refunds

If the service cannot be provided through our fault, we refund the full amount paid.

7. The couple's responsibilities

The couple:

• tells guests that photos are being collected through Siroon, for example with a note next to the QR code;
• sets the upload limits and manages the gallery content;
• uses guests' photos only for personal purposes, and gets the people pictured to agree before any public or commercial use;
• keeps access to their wedding site safe (QR code and links).

8. Rules for guests

When using a wedding site, you may not upload:

• illegal, threatening, harassing or abusive content;
• content that infringes someone else's copyright or other rights (upload only photos you took yourself or have the right to share);
• sexually explicit, violent or otherwise inappropriate content;
• spam, malware, or any file that is not genuine content from the event;
• content that violates other people's privacy without their consent.

The upload limit is set by the couple, is applied automatically and may not be bypassed. The couple and Siroon may remove content that breaks these rules.

9. Content ownership

The guest keeps ownership of the photos and videos they upload. By uploading, the guest gives the couple permission to view, keep, download, back up and use that content for personal purposes, for example in an album or keepsake. Siroon uses the content only to provide the service. We do not publish it, use it for advertising or share it with others.

10. Personal data

Siroon processes guests' data on the couple's behalf and following their instructions, as an authorized person under Article 14 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "On Protection of Personal Data". We:

• process the data only to run that couple's wedding site;
• apply security measures;
• do not use the data for any other purpose;
• delete the data when the access period ends or when the couple asks;
• use the service providers listed in the Privacy Policy (Cloudflare and Google).

11. Service availability

We do our best to keep the service running without interruptions, especially on the wedding day. It may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. We recommend that couples download the gallery regularly.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Siroon's total liability is limited to the amount the couple paid for the package. We are not responsible for content uploaded by guests. This section does not limit consumers' rights under the laws of the Republic of Armenia.

13. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms. Changes do not affect orders that have already been paid for. The new version is published on this page with a new date.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. We try to resolve disputes through negotiation first. If that does not succeed, disputes go to the courts of the Republic of Armenia.
