Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Siroon collects, why, how long it is kept and what rights you have. It follows the Law of the Republic of Armenia "On Protection of Personal Data" (HO-49-N).

1. Who we are

Siroon (siroon.day) is an online service that lets wedding guests share photos and videos with the couple in a private wedding gallery.

The processor of personal data is Siroon.

2. Two kinds of users

Couples and visitors to siroon.day: people who send an inquiry or order a package. Siroon decides how their data is processed.
Guests on a couple's wedding site: people who upload photos at a wedding. The couple decides what the gallery is for. Siroon processes guests' data on the couple's behalf and on their instructions, only to run that wedding site.

3. What we collect

Photos and videos you choose to upload
A random device ID stored in your browser (a cookie and local storage). It is not linked to your name. We use it to show you your own uploads and to apply the upload limit.
We do not ask guests for their name, email address or phone number.

All visitors

IP address, approximate country and the time of the visit, for security and spam protection
Anonymous visit statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies)

We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell personal data.

4. Why we use it, and the legal basis

You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to info@siroon.day. Withdrawing it does not affect processing that already took place.

5. Who can see your data

The couple can see all photos and videos uploaded to their wedding site.
Guests can see only their own uploads.
Siroon accesses wedding galleries only when needed for technical support, security or a legal obligation.
Service providers (our authorized processors):
- Cloudflare, Inc.: hosting, database, file storage, bot protection (Turnstile) and analytics
- Google: fonts, and Google Drive backup if the couple connects it

We do not share personal data with anyone else, except where the law requires it.

6. Transfer of data outside Armenia

Our service providers' servers are located outside the Republic of Armenia, including in the USA and EU countries. By using the service and giving your consent, you agree that your data may be transferred to and processed in those countries. We use only providers that apply recognized data security measures.

7. How long we keep data

Photos, videos and logs of a wedding site	90 days from the start of access, after which they are permanently deleted
Security logs on siroon.day (IP addresses)	90 days, then automatically deleted

We remind the couple before a wedding site is deleted so they can download the gallery (as a ZIP file or to Google Drive). The downloaded copy stays with the couple permanently.

8. Your rights

Under the Law "On Protection of Personal Data", you have the right to:

find out what data we hold about you and how we use it;
ask us to correct inaccurate data;
ask us to block or delete your data;
withdraw your consent;
complain to the Personal Data Protection Agency of the Republic of Armenia.

To make a request, write to info@siroon.day. We reply within the time limits set by law.

Guests: you can delete any photo you uploaded directly on the wedding site. For other requests you can contact the couple or us, and we will forward the request to the couple.

9. Security

We use HTTPS encryption, bot protection, rate limiting and access control. No system is 100% secure, but we apply reasonable, up-to-date measures and will act promptly if an incident occurs.

10. Children

The service is not directed at children. If photos of children are uploaded to a gallery, the couple and the guests are responsible for having their parents' agreement.

11. Changes

When this policy changes, we publish the new version on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
